“Destination Icons”
A series of over 100+ icons of global destinations used in the Airbnb app and website. Icons include popular landmarks, scenic vignettes, and broad themes to encompass every travel situation as laid out by the design team. Icons were illustrated so that they could be mixed in various orders and still present varied, interesting and wondrous scenes in groupings.
“Go Near”
Header illustration of a fantastical tree top home, like those available for stay on Airbnb. This illustration was part of the Go Near campaign that promoted travel within local proximities: discovering special places right in your own backyard.
“#BluMediterraneo”
Social media campaign to help launch the Blu Mediterraneo perfume collection by interpreting each scent as an illustration inspired by their natural locations and aromatic notes.
These seven Italian locations included Amalfi, Capri, Panarea, Sicilia, Taormina, Calabria, and Sardegna.

Feature on the hidden world of microbes, little tiny organisms that live in our bodies that can tell us about our past and possible future.

“Gifted Kids”
Cover illustration (with animation for web), interior full-page and spot on the subject of the gifted program and its effectiveness and its exclusionary nature.
“Discovery Guide”
Illustrated cover of activities within the Bay and accompanying illustrative maps of the general area, Farmer's Markets and Food Trucks.
Branded icons were later on created based off the guide style to be used in print and web applications.
“Wine”
Various web illustrations for wine-related articles: Wine ratings, do they really matter? Is it necessary to have an in-house sommelier? Do cheap wine drinkers really do eventually “graduate” to the pricier bottles?
“Summer Events”
A series centred on Sports in part of a larger campaign to promote various summer events throughout the year. These illustrations were reformatted to fit horizontal and vertical sizes to email and social banners.
“A Year of Living Better”
Illustrated asset (people) to be used in digital banner ads to promote a new self-help column.
Assets needed to be versatile across many size formats including web and mobile. A low-profile “squat” variant of the characters was created for especially narrow banners.
“Splash”
Proposed landing pages to showcase the service that the app offers.
“Reflect America Fellowship”
Illustration used for the promotion of NPR’s fellowship application and program which aims to promote the voices of the American people.
Work was created for versatility to crop for various web banner and social media sizes.

On supporting coworkers with dependency issues.

Broadcasted digitally and on billboards, this tongue-and-cheek campaign was aimed at Canadians, poking fun at the American/Canadian rivalry. Web content included using country-specific knowledge to "test" their Canadian-ness for special deals.

“Retcontinuum”
One of three illustrated cover for the Summer Writing Project collection of novellas.
"Retcontinuum tells the story of Ray, a man who makes his living by participating in experimental trials. One day, Ray signs up for a study sponsored by the Sinclair Group involving the implantation of a device in the brain that allows the subject to make jumps in time. However, making these jumps begins to erode Ray's memory, so although he has important information inside his faulty memories, he can't access it. Of course, this doesn't stop the Sinclair Group from coming after Ray in an attempt to prevent others from gaining access to evidence Sinclair desperately wants to be kept hidden."
